Introduction
Konsul Dok is an innovative solution to overcome various challenges in the healthcare industry. This application allows users to consult with doctors online, anytime and anywhere, without the need to visit a hospital or clinic in person. It helps improve people's quality of life by providing more accessible, fast, and reliable medical services.

My role in this project is as a product designer. I work independently on this project.
Problem
Fast-paced world, accessing quality healthcare can be challenging due to long waiting times, high medical costs, and geographical limitations. Many individuals struggle to schedule appointments, travel to hospitals, or afford in-person consultations. Additionally, in emergencies or minor health concerns, people often delay seeking medical advice due to inconvenience. The COVID-19 pandemic has further highlighted the need for remote healthcare solutions to reduce physical contact and ensure continuous medical care.
